Trips

Unfortunately we are not able to offer lifestyle trips at the current time due to the social distancing rules but as soon as possible we will be planning the next batch of outings.

Drivers

We welcome Jenny Morse, Okehampton to our team.

We are always looking for more volunteers and would particularly like to find someone in the Chagford/Throwleigh/Whiddon Down area and also Lewdown.

We are sad to report the death of Martin Eyke, North Tawton who was a volunteer driver for many years, our thoughts are with John and his family.

Pop up Shop

We have now re-opened the Pop up shop which is in the Terrys Zimmers shop in East Street, which  he has kindly allowed us to use until the shop is sold.  We currently have a good supply of goods for sale, please pop in and have a look and say hello to our volunteers.  We are also looking for offers of help to volunteer for a few hours at a time in the shop so if you are available or know someone who might be able to help us, please get in touch.  If you have any goods you would be willing to donate, please drop into the office as we are taking a few things down at a time when we have space but please ring and make sure one of us will be here when you plan to come.  Thank you.

Christmas & New Year Holiday

The last day of Ring and Ride will be 24th December.  The office will shut from 4pm on 23rd December and re-open at 08.30 on 4th January.  Some of our volunteer car drivers will be available over the festive period, please give us as much notice as possible for appointments to ensure we can help.  Please either leave a message on the answerphone 01837 55000 clearly stating your name, telephone number, date, time and location of appointment and we will return your call or ring our emergency out of hours number 07484525577 if it is urgent.
