Trips
Thanks to us being able to recruit another part time driver, Michael Scutt, we are now able to offer a few Saturday trips again as well as the regular Tuesday ones. Thanks to us being successful in accessing a grant, the cost of the trips will again be subsidised, £10 for Okehampton and along the route. We may be able to include pick up from other areas if there is enough demand for an extra £2. Please be ready for collection from 9am to ensure the driver is not held up. Please let us know if you need to cancel a trip, don’t wait until we ring you the day before with the pick up time as we have already worked out our route and rung other passengers. Thank you. If you have any suggestions of places you would like us to include then let us know and we will try and include them.

Coffee Morning
Thank you to everyone who supported our event, it was lovely to see so many people, it was standing room only at one point! We raised an amazing amount of £452.88. Special thanks to my band of helpers who helped keep everyone refreshed and purchasing goods – Sarah Packer, Liz Westlake, Tom Bowden, Helen Penna, Graham Barrett, Debbie Scott, Vernon & Ann Cook, Jane Taylor and our stallholders Peter Rockett and Sue Leech.
Thank you
We are grateful to the New Inn at Sampford Courtenay who have kindly donated £144 from their fundraising pub quizzes.
Drivers
We welcome Val Barns (Sticklepath) and Lawrence Harris (Okehampton) to our team. Unfortunately we have had to say goodbye to some of our volunteers due to their own or partner’s health issues including Ray Evans, Chris Bloor, Richard Sampson and Tim Axten, we thank them for their many years of service.
