We are delighted to have taken delivery of our new Ford Quantum which is wheelchair accessible and replaces the Peugeot. This is available for both medical appointments and social journeys and will be used for small group trips or when we need an extra vehicle when the 15 seater bus is fully booked. The photo shows the new vehicle with some of the regular volunteer drivers. We are extremely grateful to all the local groups who helped make this acquisition possible through grants and donations including: Okehampton United Charities, Okehampton Lions, Friends of Okehampton Hospital, James Mc Innes DCC, Co-op Community Fund, Waitrose Community Matters, Okehampton Inner Wheel and Okehampton Show.
